Workshop – The power of your cycle

In this workshop, we dive into:
– the nature of your cycle (4 different phases)
– mindfulness (how to tune into your body and emotions)
– journaling (different ways of tracking your cycle)
– self-care and integration of your cycle into everyday life
This workshop will be held live via Zoom. There will be group interaction, sharing, teaching and mindfulness experientials. The workshop welcomes anyone with a menstrual cycle.
This workshop takes you on a journey to your cyclical nature and gives you insight into the power of your menstrual cycle.
Over the course of one menstrual cycle, hormones greatly fluctuate, which affects the energy level of the body, emotions, cognitive abilities, and personal needs. By being mindful of your body and emotions throughout your cycle you can access your body’s innate rhythm, become more aware of emotional challenges, manage your energy in a sustainable way, and support yourself with self-care. Knowing yourself through the lens of the menstrual cycle allows for your inner wisdom to emerge and work its magic into your life.
